Airport's jet taxi service
A shocked pilot was told to pick up a taxi fare in Elstree, Hertfordshire, over his radio as he landed a packed jumbo at Heathrow .
A taxi firm is believed to have broadcast the message over an air traffic control frequency.
A National Air Traffic spokesman said: "If cab firms use air traffic control frequencies they're breaking the law."
